The downtown Phoenix-based festival VIVA PHX will return to the valley this weekend for its 10th anniversary after a seven-year hiatus.
The festival, which features more than 10 venues, including The Van Buren, Crescent Ballroom, and Arizona Financial Theatre, will span multiple city blocks in the heart of downtown and provide musical entertainment to score the night.
Some of the most notable acts playing include headliners Freddie Gibbs, Cannons, and Cuco, as well as the Walters and Roar.
VIVA PHX will take place this Saturday, Oct. 19, and will last from 2 p.m. to as late as 2 a.m. The festival itself is open to all ages, although some venues, including Walter Studios, the Cornish Pasty basement, and Gracie’s Tax Bar are 21 and over only.
There will also be various local culinary options throughout the festival and an art exhibit titled “Deep Ties at the Abbey.”
Tickets will be $70 for general admission and $170 for VIP, which includes priority access to all stages, VIP lounges, and an exclusive swag bag (21+ only). They are available online or at the door.
Once you have your ticket, you can pick up wristbands to get into the event at Arizona Financial Theatre near the 4th Ave & Washington Street intersection.
