Drake Attempts A Return, Sabrina Carpenter Can’t Be Stopped and Westside Gunn Continues To Cook | Blaze Radio Release Radar | Feb. 14

Love is in the air for music fans this Valentine’s Day. With countless singles from some of the biggest artists, a handful of deluxe albums and an unexpected duo uniting for two new tracks, here are the highlights from this past week in music releases.

After losing the most publicized rap beef of all time, Drake took time to calculate his next move. With months passing by, he decided to make a collab album with PARTYNEXTDOOR, “$ome $exy $ongs 4 U.” The 73-minute-long project blends their traditional lofi-r&b sound with hints of hip-hop sprinkled throughout the tracklist. Only time will tell if this project was the right decision to make.

Coming off two wins at the 2025 Grammys, Sabrina Carpenter continues her hot streak with “Short n’ Sweet (Deluxe).” The new edition of the record adds five tracks to the original tracklist, highlighted by a Dolly Parton feature on a reimagined version of “Please Please Please.”

Westside Gunn continues to be hip-hop’s biggest workhorse with his second album in three months, “12.” The record showcases Gunn’s signature braggadocious flow over some of the hardest hitting beats he has rapped on in recent memory.
