PHOENIX — Blaze Sports is excited to release its broadcast schedule for the 2025 NCHC Quarterfinals as a continuation of the station’s season-long live coverage of Arizona State hockey.
“There’s nothing like playoff hockey,” said Cavan Malayter, Blaze Radio Sports Director. “To be able to continue our live coverage of college hockey with the first postseason games at Mullett Arena is extremely exciting for all of us here at Blaze.”
Arizona State’s first NCHC tournament game is Friday, March 14th, as the second-seeded Sun Devils host Minnesota Duluth in game one of a best-of-three series at Mullett Arena.
Ben Parris and Lochlan McTeague will be in the booth providing the play-by-play for game one between ASU and UMD. Coverage will begin at 6:30 pm (MST) ahead of the 7 pm (MST) puck drop. Erik List and Dylan Pescatore will host Blaze’s studio coverage on-site at Mullett Arena.
Saturday, March 15th, and Sunday, March 16th, are the two potential elimination games of the quarterfinal series. Erik List and Dylan Pescatore will have the play-by-play for both games two and three (if necessary). Lochlan McTeague will anchor studio coverage for the final two games of the series, and will be joined by Colgin Hirschel on-site if game three is necessary.
Blaze Radio’s coverage of game two as well as the if necessary third game of the series begins at 5:30 p.m. (MST), with puck drop slated for 6 p.m.
Games one and two of the series will be streamed exclusively on Blaze Sports’ X account, while the win-or-go home game on Sunday can be found exclusively on Blaze Radio’s X account.
